Register > Registration info (deadline, scholarship, fees)Registration: some informationRegistration is carried out exclusively online, via the dedicated page on this website: Registration. DatesRegistration is open from 13 February to 31 March 2026. At the end of the registration form, you must choose a payment method. This information is transmitted to the organizers: the selected option remains highlighted in green; there is nothing else to do (except, of course, to complete your payment). FeesStandard registration fees are of 100 €. Members of SHMESP benefit from a reduced fee (75 €). Participants presenting a paper must pay the registration fee according to their status (SHMESP member / non-member). Participants may be accompanied. Accompanying persons pay the standard fee. The excursion and the meals indicated in the registration form are covered by the conference. ScholarshipsThe SHMESP is offering ten scholarships of €400 each to enable early-career researchers to attend the Lille conference. Applicants may be engaged in doctoral or postdoctoral research, whether or not they hold a position, but must be at an early stage of their careers. This call is also open to doctoral candidates and early-career researchers who have been selected to present a paper at the conference and whose research center or laboratory has not provided financial support for their attendance. The application file, including a cover letter stating that the applicant does not receive any other specific financial support, a CV, and (for doctoral candidates) a letter of recommendation from their thesis supervisor, must be sent by March 15 to the following two addresses: secretariat@shmesp.fr and tresorier@shmesp.fr. After joint academic review, decisions will be announced on March 20. Reimbursement will be made upon presentation of receipts and only up to the amount supported by the submitted documents, within the limit of the scholarship amount. Registration fees for scholarship recipients will be deducted directly from the scholarship (so that recipients do not have to pay them in advance). |
